if it was real inflation, then service prices would also increase. inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon. this is supply chain issues because california is retarded.
Yeah it's 7.5% because they're relying on a basket of durable goods that people buy once a decade. If you include food and fuel we're closer to 20%.
Jeff Snider and Milton Friedman FTW.
Yes this inflation is fake. The establishment wants you to believe it is real.
> (((Powell))) uses money printing on goyim
> it’s super effective!

Owners equivalent rent is 30% of the CPI
Owners equivalent rent is not a real number that can be measured.
It is a survey.
They ask home owners about how much they think they would rent their home for if they had to rent instead of own/mortgage it.
The CPI
Is the CPLIE
>ay tone, you tellin me this half breed fuck is worth 33 octillion dollars?
>he shit posts on Any Forums all day, and he has more money than every country combined?
>Tone, stop fuckin with me
In the 95 the Boskin Commision concluded the CPI was overstating inflation.
en.m.wikipedia.org
They concluded adjustments must be made to the CPI to correct it.
Naturally these adjustments are always DOWN and never up.
Using the CPI formula from the 70's we are already at 15% inflation.
The CPI
Is the CPLIE
Seems a bit higher than that bro.
nope. pic related.
FTR Arizona is only about 32% Hispanic, and Chandler is probably a pretty good margin below that.
