That is how the price gets artificially increases due to a temporary influence even (like that time Elon Musk supported Bitcoin which increased value, and then when he withdrawed that on his point and would not accept it for buy Tesla cars then the coin value went down).
The usual buy low and sell high can be tricky as the coin value is volatile (so it is typically not supported by the FCA, etc).
