As someone who grew up Dalit in India, i read about the struggles of various oppressed peoples in history and one of them that resonated with me was that of African and Hispanic Americans.
But why have Africans and Hispanics allowed whites to dominate the political stage in the US? In India, in 1932, we Dalits and other backward classes took to the streets and forced the government to be constituted in such a manner that 50% of the parliament (senate) must be Dalit/Backward Caste by law. No government should be allowed to form if they do not have at least 1 in 2 numbers belonging to backward classes.
But in US why is there no quota in the parliament? How can Africans and Hispanics let whites occupy 84% of the senate when they're in reality less than 50% of the population?
The next step must be to demand quotas in US Senate both state and union. Demand whites that at least 49% of senators must be non white by law.
Because white people are racist and scared of what will happen when minorities will finally have the power they deserve. They have treated non-whites like shit for eons, and soon the boot will be on the other foot.

There are currently race quotas on education and work across most of society in US already. Backwards classes make up majority of the country, whereas niggers don't make up majority of US. Controlled for Jews, whites are underrepresented in US Senate.

I think Hispanics are comparable to "Backward Castes" in India, underprivileged but not discriminated heavily.
While blacks are more akin to Dalits. Historic heavy discrimination. Blacks are around 13% and Dalits are around 16%, very comparable.

First of all, the Senate represents the states not the general population. Second, most Blacks and Hispanics mostly live in a relatively few states. Lastly, becoming a US senator is very expensive and only a few Black and Hispanic can afford to do so.

people get paid for it by the government. the government hires sweepers and sewage cleaners and pays them. manual scavenging and sewage cleaning is done by around 0.01% of Dalits now, the practice is extinct.
