Neo-nazis are a spectrum. There is the ideological nazis and then there are the criminal nazis. Criminal nazis will be covered in nazi tattoos and have a prison history and will import and sell drugs to white communities. Ideological nazis despise drugs and see it as a scourge that is killing white people.
