It's the teachers. They're not really teaching any more. They're engaging in "historical revenge" by destroying the white students as much as possible to punish them for what other whites did 200 years ago.
Plus classrooms are increasingly clogged with the children of illegals who are somehow even dumber than the average. That drags down the class average by a lot.
And the thing is non-white students don't even have to try. Schools have eliminated honors programs to put a stop to hard-working white and Asian students for them. Some schools have evne eliminated grades for them. They pass, and are guaranteed to be doctors, engineers, or anything else they want because of skin color and gender. They don't have to try. Ever. And they all know it.
