Yes, I can answer why I have footage of China saved on my HD. In my years on the internet I have noted that nothing is forever there and the reason for the removal of content is usually emotionally motivated in the West.
Hence there is a high chance that the exact same cope and seethe ya'll feel while looking at the footage motivates someone high up in the US gov to ban footage which portrays China is a positive light.
