Basically, the US government outsources research that OSHA and other US orgs won’t touch with a 50 foot poll. So where do we send the research to? Shitholes like China that have ass lab practices. I think it’s more likely theoretical research was done at Boston or another American university, but heavy lifting came from the confines of China. Makes you wonder what else we’re letting them research. I remember my professor making a big deal of this lab being built, like it was a sign of global progress. Meanwhile, the Chinese were doing their best big nosed man rubbing his hands together impression all the way to the bank.

The professor had two Chinese staffed with him at BU, and one was confirmed to be a spy. My theory is that they stole (or were given) the virus and brought it back to China, and that it wasn't completed yet since it didn't mutate into something worse... Whether or not it was released intentionally will be a topic of hot debate for a looooong time. I think they fudged it, and had to resort to the gene therapy vax to bring people's immunity down further. The purpose of this is to create more doctor's visits and make more money, obviously. But what are their real motives? Are there any other implications?
We kinda lucked out, honestly. I haven't studied the virus in great, great detail, so I'm not exactly sure about it, but it doesn't look fucking pretty and it could have been a lot worse.

Covid rapidly weakened as it made its way to America. It’s a novel virus, your immune system has no blueprint, so it’s going to be worse than a typical flu but it isn’t airborne aids or anything worth shutting the country down over. The latter being for control. The motive of Fauci and co is that with these international research grants comes lots of money to him and other health conglomerates that are tethered within the government. That and it getting out that our government played a role in specifically funding and helping this research would, in a functional society, end with your body dangling from a lamppost for such corruption.
The vaccine is a whole other story, but I know enough about real science and immunology not to fuck around with a rushed “vaccine” for something that’s relatively harmless for my age and health.
There’s a lot of money involved, there’s a lot of corruption involved, but don’t underplay the role played by authentic scientific jingoism. Like I said, there’s a messiah complex at play.
