COVID era health discoveries review thread…

We learned Ivermectin kills many viral diseases. We learned it’s killing the worms which are making people gay. We learned NAC is an amazing supplement for many uses. We learned Benadryl has antiviral action against Corona viruses. We learned vitamin D reduces mortality to zero.

What are some other health revelations which came out of this pandemic?

>masks dont work
>isolation leads to loss of life years, suicide, abuse, molestation, alcoholism
>lockdowns destroy economies exclusively
>people forgo important treatments when they fear the hospital
>big pharma/cdc writes healthcare policy

NAC is based, don't do it every day though

>media is complicit in medico-tyranny
>technocracy is a legitimate threat to our republic
>trading freedom for security is instinctual for many

been using it daily for over a year

i learned about seed oils, they are literally poison. only consume coconut oil, olive oil, butter and animal fat. everything else oxidizes into poison and attacks mitochondria causes heart disease and Alzheimer's
i also learned about insulin in general, fasting. dont eat sugar obviously

I've lived in filth for the past year and a half
and all I can say is there's no side effects to squalor if you have access to water.

It starts giving me headaches and shit if I do it daily, what's your dose size

There is no need to use animal ivermectin I got it here, no doctor, no prescription delivered in a week: reliablerxpharma.com

Why not? I take it 2x a day nigga

That may contain graphene oxide. Check with magnets

Based thread. NAC has changed my life. Some info for anyone else that gets skin rash from NAC that I just got from my doctor today: Pure Encapsulations MethylAssist apparently helps keep the skin rash from happening. Just bought some online now so I can’t confirm this is accurate yet though

1000 mg mid-day, don't get any headaches

>skin rash from NAC
are you sure it is from NAC?

Didn't they ban it for some bullshit reasons?

If anything it’s the glutathione clearing out the body, creating a Herxheimer reaction.

Can someone give a qrd on benefits?
I heard it can prevent hangovers 100%

what's this good for?

Nope, Amazon took it off their store at the request of Fauci but it’s not banned. One more reason to avoid Amazon.

it helps in gluthiaone production, which is one of the big things that gets blasted by the cytokine storm

it was never banned, amazon just stopped listing it. can get it at any supermarket or vitamin store

>at the request of Fauci
that faggot knew that NAC was beneficial but just wanted more shekels

Just exercise. All vitamins contain graphene if sourced from China. You’re literally vaxxing yourself daily.

Not positive but I got a burning red rash on both of my armpits and the skin on my face was really dry when I first started taking it 3x a day. I’ve since cut back to every other day but this shit is like crack to me. I feel absolutely amazing since I started taking it. My brain fog that I’ve had my entire life and got way worse since I got Covid last year is completely gone. I feel like a different person it’s insane

>don't do it every day though
Don’t listen to this idiot

drinking pee cures covid

Extremely redpilled post.

I’m a retard and don’t know what that is..

Cutting off your penis cures Judaism.

>zinc, magnesium, selenium, vit D, vit C play important roles in immune system function
>4000-10,000 IU of vit D is recommended for immune system support (multivitamins only give you 1000-2000 IU, which isn't high enough to do anything)
>vit D deficiency linked to all seasonal illnesses
>vit k-2 helps put vit D into your bones
>quercetin facilitates the absorption of zinc
>supplementing with high levels of zinc leads to copper deficiency, so either keep levels moderate or add copper

This. Mad withdrawal and other issues.
Used a few days at a time, it's the literal whitepill.

Even black Cumin seed oil? Been taking that cuz it is supposed to be massively anti inflammatory. Thoughts?

Even shit like flaxseed oil?

>Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide found in most of the tissues, especially in high concentrations in the liver, and plays an extremely important role in protecting hepatocytes, erythrocytes, and other cells against toxic injury.

Starts making my nose feel funny after a while. Kind of like the early stages of a nose bled.

I think I might have bipolar but I never have euphoric episodes or energy, I'm always tired and feel like shit.

Not all seed oils. Sesame is fine.

this is basically the stack I am doing along with some others. I have fought off all runny noses so far this year with extra teas too.
