Constitutions are illusions, you can argue that basic things like police violate the 3rd and 4th amendments. And cops have existed throughout most of the history of the United States. Constitutions are a smoke and screen to pretend that there is a system that isn't reliant on consistent Hegelian Dialectic Fear.
