Visited last year.
Went to Pisa, whole city smelled of piss and outside of Cathedral Square most streets were splattered with shit. Also full of migrants.
Went on to Lucca by train, was stuck for 4+ hours at a station because of strikes.
Historic center of Lucca is great, interesting places and well worth getting lost in.
Hiking around Cinque Terre for three days was the high point, great trails with beautiful views.
Altogether 7/10, will visit again.

in this case it is not a crime but if you write it with swear words and insults the pharmacy owners can use it and tell the media and the police the usual rant that "the bad novax bully us!1!1!!!", it is full of these stories in newspapers and TV news (with related police investigations). journalists, as I think you know (I'm not sure though), are capable of manipulating even a review minimally "outside the lines" to continue to tell their narrative.
