both, today's athletes are too self-entitled and do not train as hard as athletes in other countries. add to that tougher anti-doping programs implemented these past few years do not allow america and russia to cheat as easily as before, case in point simone biles fell on her face without drug enhancements

To extrapolate, be careful with SARMS. ITs best to do it under blood work with someone that knows how to cycle your hormones back to normal levels naturally.
