Doing this is going to piss off the cops, and most importantly, the court. They don't like this over the top rights free citizen shit and they WILL come down on you harder for causing them extra problems and work.
Your best bet is to just go along with what they say and try to help make the process as speedy as possible. Do not try to wave the Constitution in a cop's face. They're just going to work with the judge and prosecutor to go harder on you.
You have to cooperate with bureaucracy if you want to get away as clean as possible.

Yes, very. Cops are not your friend. Fun fact, if you have a fence/gate up with no trespassing signs they legally cannot cross that physical boundary without a warrant in hand or very probable cause. If a cop trespasses ask them for a warrant and if they fail to provide it, inform the officer they are an armed trespasser and they are not safe on your property.
