watch defcon 2019 demonstrations. they showed how the phased arrays can be used to pinpoint. they actually microwaved an egg on stage. luckily, the towers will never reach where I'm at. but that doesn't mean it isn't a threat. it just seems... heavy handed. like there's evidence for it. but I don't understand why. or the timing.
