Monero is scalable, yes. Once the supply is maxxed out, it will begin to have a linear inflation to make up for lost coins/hoarding. Contrary to popular belief, (linear) inflation is actually a good thing. The fees are incredibly low, and Monero is the only coin used by professional criminals. That's how you know it's good. Monero doesn't leave and trace and is private as well (as long as your host system/hardware) isn't compromised.
