The problem (aside from the normal drug problems) with these analogues is that things like carfentanil are 100x more potent mcg for mcg than fentanyl. Drugs are already being laced with fentanyl. There have been reports for a while that things like weed, cocaine and benzos are already being cut with fentanyl. Cutting with carfentanil will guarantee death.
