Latvia and Lithunia are not really historically united. We should unite Estonia & Latvia and call it Livonia. Lithuania, Belarus and Poland should be combined together and call it Jewonia.

Thats not so simple. Historically Latvia had Arayan Livu populayion along see but inland was basically one people with Lithuania. German Knights and later Tzar stimulated territorial divide and linguistic serparation.
