Pictured are small aluminium bottles capable of holding 500-750ml of fuel. A big truck needs about 4L of fuel an hour to idle, less if it has an auxillary motor. 8 to 10 people can support a truck by bringing in small ammounts of fuel at a time, rather than one big 20L jerry can.
Pretty easy to overcome this sleazy tactic and keep on Honking in the Free World.
