I'd argue it's more the notion that women shouldn't be marginalized. If you're saying that being marginalized = being regarded as subhuman then white women also need to face the fact that they're also actively marginalizing others / treating them as subhuman in their day to day lives - often without even realizing it. That's just how society works. For some to truly have, others have to lack. That is, until automation largely eliminates the need for human blue collar laborers; at which point some kind of UBI will be introduced. But even then you'll never truly see a society truly lacking hierarchy. All other variables removed, the attractive / charismatic would still dominate the ugly / unlikable.
