I have a serious question that I've been grappling with.
If Jesus is perfect, and He loves us, then why did He ask God to spare him at Gethsemane?
I'm confused because I thought He gave himself up as an act of love.

Jesus Christ was a Jew, he followed the Jewish religion, preached and lived among Jews and was the outcome (at least according to Christian) of all Jewish prophecies.
One cannot understand Christ without understanding a few things about Judaism, this is why the bible does not only include the New Testament books talking about Jesus and his followers, but also includes the Torah, the prophets, the Jewish history books and all the core text of Judaism. People read the core Jewish books, study them and it's impossible that some of Judaism they carry is not absorbed by many people.. this is why sympathy for Kikes, for their customs, for their believes will always exist in Christian nations.

I don't deny that followers of Christ can be based but fren how do we implement such a fabled "based" Christianity if the current church is rotten to the very core?
