Warrant Officers don't exist. They are a myth, a legend passed down from generation to generation. Everyone that claims to have seen one can never elaborate. It's always: "Well my friend said he saw one and I believe him!"

I still don't understand warrant officers or their point. Every one that I met was lazy, black and had a coffee mug welded to his hand as he stood in BDUs during PT formation. Even that was a rare sighting, why not just get rid of it altogether like they did with the E4/specialist/tech ranks.

Basically what the original Technical Sergeant from WW2 era was supposed to be, and what the Specialist was supposed to be. A lot of current Warrant Officers are helicopter pilots, and the likes of that particular job.

Warrant Officers were supposed to be techs who were great at their job. Subject matter experts who didn't want leadership positions. Not everybody is meant to be a leader but of course big army has fucked that up.

There is a senior enlisted person. This person gets recognized as the SgtMjr of the branch. This man is the dude that puts 4 star generals in their place.

Every police have briefings. Your every action is monitored (often by a woman). If you get into a really bad area (i was in a shit hole). You will have backup who is women. So anything highspeed you are relying on someone who cant help 100%. They also let a ton of women on swat. I will say this women question NOTHING. Literally perfect little worker drones.

I have seen that too. Women are really good at taking orders but bad at execution. But since our government doesn't give a shit about the mission they make these women rank up fast. That is the reason you see so many female presidents today it's because they are the perfect puppets.
