It’s not really worth it even if you are rich. Hawaii, Scottsdale, North DFW, Long Island, Palm Beach County, Pinellas County, and Westchester County are much nicer places if you’re wealthy.

Being here is great for making $$$.
Quality of life is akin to living in a third world airport.
San Jose, my town, has less than 30% white people. Gooks and beaners are both a larger portion of the population here in silicon valley.
My home will cost you 1.2 million(3/2) and there are a dozen homeless camps within 1.5 miles.

Prepare to have your life fucked up by illegal beaners. They drive around illegally without car insurance, so if they hit you, you're fucked. They also drive drunk frequently. Unless you're living outside the metropolitan areas prepare to pay $2500/month for one bedroom. Don't drink the tap water, it has fluoride in it and will lower your IQ. If you drink the tap water in Kettleman City it will give you cancer and other health problems due to the freaking affecting the water supply.
