Welcome to the Circle the Wagons Project Frens! Where we combined Any Forums/diy//out//an/ & Any Forums into one thread that is on topic & relates to our current political & cultural reality
by working toward the goal of forming wholesome communities irl living off the land & with nature, made up of based & repilled pollacks against globohomo, degeneracy & demographic decline
With a focus on saving the doomers, freeing the wage slaves and saying FUCK OFF to the rent seekers
"Together we are stronger" is the motto we believe By bringing like minded people together we can change our lives; for ourselves, each other and our people and from that change; we can change our political and cultural reality.
By homeschooling our children as a community we can teach them the truth instead of the lies and indoctrination taught in public schools
By helping each other build our own homes, inexpensively using our own labor and alternative methods like sandbags and rammed earth we can avoid massive loans from the banks and their usury and debt slavery
By living on our own land we can spend more time among nature and eat healthier by growing our own food and improve our quality of life and also live in a safe environment for our families and avoid the riots and dangers of city life
These and so many more alternatives to the globohomo agenda are available for us when we choose to live together as we used to, as a tribe.
So come on in and join our project and help to manifest this into reality. There is a better way to live but it is up to us to live it and in doing so we gain more power while globohomo loses it's power over us.
No one will join you and nothing will come from your efforts. You don't even have a business plan. Were you actually serious you'd buy an abandoned township for $500 off the registry then go do something with it.
But you won't. You're hoping that this deranged idea of homestead development off a Chinese basket weaving forum will come to something.
Which it won't.

>abandoned township >recreate a broken system
This is idiot tier. There are at least two projects either underway or in the planning process. Then there is alaska user doing something slightly different on his homestead up there. If you don't like the idea, this isn't the thread for you.
a couple of buddies and some of their co-works decide it would be better if we pooled some of our money and bought a small piece of land and instead of paying for the construction of four or 8 house the build one community building with all utilities and then build these youtu.be/DPz61MWn8xw?t=10
for themselves and help each other do it it is quick, easy, and cheap as fuck
this is not impossible and all it takes is a couple of people talking about doing this and deciding to do it
much easier to buy some land and have a building constructed if you split the cost 6 ways or whatever
much easier then any one person having to pay for it all on their own
this can be done all over the country
what business plan do you need? work your normal job, just live on the land and stop burning your money on rent or some massive loan for a mortgage
just get together and split up the cost of the land and only have to spend money on utilities to one building instead off each individual house (at least at first) and then build your own private house, real cheap which can be done easy
then grow food, enjoy the sun, have a huge yard and learn as you go building new stuff and learning new skills and everyone lives with a lower annual cost of living and everyone lives in a better environment then in a fucking apartment and if SHTF you are already with a group you trust, are armed and have food stored and can produce it instead of being completely fucked in a city when the lights go out and the gas pumps stop working
/diy/ never agreed to this. We're too busy building underground larp bunkers and flying inside RC planes illegally.

Holy shit you're such a fucking faggot.

This is hilariously wrong lol. Most of human agricultural history was subsistence farming. Feudalism was based on taxing farmers for their time or some of their food. With modern machinery, farming takes even less time (medieval peasants worked half the year and chilled for the other half, cathedrals were built by volunteers with spare time). This sounds like a rebranding of own nothing, be happy, rent everything.

it is about a group actually having something instead of the individual family trying to do a homestead and have all that work they have to do themselves you instead join 20 families who would want a homestead and put them all on ONE large piece of land and you have one tenth the work to do as apposed to having to do it all yourself yet you still get to enjoy all the goods
honey fruit trees crops livestock eggs ect ect
instead of YOU doing EVERYTHING, every fucking day to get all those things
you split it up among the group everyone now only has one job but have 20 families to do those jobs means every individual gets to share in what everyone provides by providing what they have to offer to the group from the time they put in on their job weather that is feeding the hogs or gathering eggs
the earth provides, and there is plenty a couple hours a day is not much work to have so much plenty as a group

You're pointing out one of the beautiful bits of this concept: with modern agricultural methods it dramatically lowers the labor required from the community. Modern "homesteading" is pretty equivalent to subsistence farming, even using modern equipment, because of the labor required to provide your family a varied diet. That concept eliminates that problem.
You're exactly right that the concept is neo-feudalism, except instead of having a lord to provide land and physical protection, you have a foundation that you are a member of that provides housing and legal protection.
Ask yourself: what is "ownership"? What benefit do you get? Eventually, the government is going to steal your house/land/farm/etc. from you through taxation. If instead that land is protected in a foundation and your further investment buys you additional housing shares for your progeny that are protected in an effectively immortal foundation, how are you being disadvantaged in any way? What you're effectively doing is jewing a kiked system to prevent yourself from being robbed. You "own" your shares in practice, even if you don't "own" your property in a way where you're liable for taxation every time someone moves, dies, or anything else.
