OP
Russia is bombing in Syria again, getting quite close to Idlib.
See image.

Here is another update from Syira:
>Russian warplanes bombard the vicinity of the town of Kafr Shaliya in the southern countryside of Idlib, Syria
And:
>Russian warplanes target the locations of rebels in the vicinity of the town of Kafr Shalaya in Jabal Al-Zawiya in the southern Idlib countryside

Keep in mind that this bombing operation by Russia has commenced in parallel with the recent transport of new supplies to the port of Tartus.
See image.

Notice the dates.

TAKBIR

See image.

6 Russian military transport ships arrived in Syria about two days ago.
Those were the ships that sailed from the Baltic.
They're apparently in the Mediterranean for a "naval drill".
Keep in mind they are *transport* ships.

Russian transports ships arrive in Syria ---> Russia begins bombing close to Idlib.

Coincidence?
Are Russia-Syria (Iran) getting ready for an operation in Syria?

>February 5, 2020: Erdogan: "If the regime does not retreat behind our 12 observation points, Turkey will do what is necessary"
>October 2020: Turkey withdrew from 12 observation points remaining in the Syrian army's territory.

>“The regime, backed by Russian forces and Iran-backed militants, are continuously attacking civilians, committing massacres and shedding blood,” Erdoğan told a meeting of his ruling party in parliament. “I hereby declare that we will strike regime forces everywhere from now on regardless of the [2018] deal if any tiny bit of harm is dealt to our soldiers at observation posts or elsewhere.”
It's funny to see how quickly erdog cultists can ajust their perspective to align with any recent erdog failure

OP
Here is an edited map of events around Idlib in recent days.

Again:
Keep in mind Russia just sent supplies (possibly reinforcements) to Syria in multiple transport ships.

>Keep in mind Russia just sent supplies (possibly reinforcements) to Syria in multiple transport ships.
See image.

Note:
All of the news media reports were speculating that those six transport ships were heading towards the Black Sea (possibly Crimea), but instead they went to Syria.

The tweet here is notable because it specifies Russia has just delivered *60 tanks* to Syria (not the Black Sea Region), and now this bombing campaign.

Preparations for an assault in Syria?

>Preparations for an assault in Syria?
Possibly to coincide with the Russian "naval drill" to take place in the Mediterranean between February 10-20?

And quite possibly part of a larger operation, including Ukraine?
(But will just focus on the Syrian situation for the moment.)

Oh crap!

Those missile cruisers!

If Russia does conduct an offensive in Syria, they could be using their missile crusiers that recently exited the Suez Canal to provide support!

Oh man!
- Russia deceives folks by thinking six transport ships from Baltic Sea are going to Black Sea;
- Six transport ships instead go to Syria;
- When transports arrive, Russia starts bombing around Idlib;
- Syrian forces begin shelling around Idlib;
- Russian missile cruisers are now in the region for a "naval drill"
===> Are Russia Syria preparing for an offensive?
Seems so.
Just look at the above points.

See tweet.
3 Russian missile cruisers (that left the Pacific fleet and trained with *Iran* and *China*) are now in the Mediterranean, possibly near Syria to support a land operation there...

That image names the six Russian transport ships that sailed from the Baltic region in early January, and have no entered the Syrian port of Tartus.

Those ships were thought to have been going to the Black Sea ---> but they went to Syria instead!

Moscow is saying those six ships in Syria are there to prepare for a "naval drill" from February 10-20... Sure they are...

>russia will invade turkey
Turkey is a NATO Member.
So if Russian/Syrian forces attack Turkish forces in Syria, then that means they're attacking NATO forces.

This situation has happened in the past and NATO did not come to support Turkey -- but what if they (NATO) move to support Turkey this time?

Are Russian forces around Ukraine a diversion from Russia's intended actions in Syria, or are they part of a much larger operation?

Was thinking a "saboteur" could just blow up the train convoy as the "Free French" used to do during WWII. However as the image depicts, it seems the Russians are transporting their military hardware on trains that also carry civilians.
Sneaky.
