As any other generation, always shit. the world was never good. Humans are niggers.

anything before gamergate was comfy. Post gamergate is the modern world

The internet was better thats it.

imagine defining the world through gamergate. every laugh at this faggot

White people dancing as the titanic hit the iceberg

Shit. Only the belief that things can only get better was still unquestionable.

laughing at you faggot

It was ignorant bliss. We had no idea what was coming.

>2000s
corporate mass media garbage dictated everything. We just didnt realize it. IT all sucked ass.

>Storming through the kitchen just to find a jar of mayo
>While I'm packing lunch for a trip on my Winnebago
>As a kid, made it big, and they all knew me by name
>My old punk rock band got me money and fame

>imagine
go back

>zoomers who don't remember how things were

It still sucked. Now I know why it sucked.

Today's way more awesome.

With heart aching nostalgia

Always thought it was worse than the 90s, but still better than the 80s.

Pour some codeine.

sum41 still slaps

I should have been more grateful, more aggressive and more loving.

this, we are all sinners in need of The Savior. please find Jesus y'all

I DON'T WANNA WASTE MY TIME

Without a great deal of nostalgia. The 2000s were a decade that gave us a tongue-tied stubborn simpleton for a U.S. President. We also saw an increased deterioration of popular culture in the form of reality TV and the promotion of garbage quality music.

I graduated high school in the early 2000s. As bad as it was back then, I'd trade in modern times for the 2000s in a heartbeat.

>gamergate
FAGGOT

>laugh at this faggot
Done.

Gamergate was nothing. Millenials already knew reviews were fake and gay. Gamergate is literally just zoomzooms finding out what we already knew

Honestly man I thought we had hit rock bottom but the kikes handed us a shovel.

I think it was Andrew Anglin who first brought up the "porno era" which is where pornography was about to become mainstream pop culture, street fashion looked like prostitute clothing, porn stars were hosting TV series, and it was not only accepted but expected that trash tier celebs had sex tapes floating around. It was pretty kiked but at the very least it still revolved around conventual white beauty standards to some extent... that which is universally considered sexually appealing was in the spotlight.

Then came the "age of ugly" where suddenly the goal was to warp your body as much as possible with thick caked on make up, degenerate tattoos and to engorge yourself to obesity. You still had a focus on white beauty around the hipster era but it was a rejection of the superficial porno culture (even if hipster girls were sluttier than porno-era paris hilton type thots).

Of course with hipsters came wokeness, which was the end of beauty in pop culture. This would lead to the cultural genocide of whites almost overnight. Tall, large chested, thin blonde girls were swapped out with overweight unattractive negroes and mexicans wearing mom jeans showcasing their pot bellies and wearing loose fitting shapeless sweaters. Sure, sex was floating around the mainstream but it was sex with hairy, overweight, loud, demanding, ugly women who DEMANDED you find them beautiful. And thus beauty was destroyed from our cultural realms.

>tl;DR
I miss the women

Only All Killer was any good though.
Granted, most acts go their whole careers never making an album that good, but they never even got close to matching it again.

I see it as the perfect equilibrium between humans and tech, like what we had then was enough. You could still do most of what you can do now but it was slightly less accessible.

People were more relaxed, there was no wokeness, no fake news or propaganda, no censorship and nobody apart from neckbeards lived in stupid online bubbles that they try to translate into real world.

Fashion was terrible though, so bland.

extension of the late 90s. This period ended in 2007.
