Good thread. I wrote a long thing about this years ago where I actually got all the information. Not only are there far more high IQ whites than jews even if jews have a higher average number (due to there being so many more whites), but the tests used for jewish high IQ are absolute nonsense.
If I remember right, the only test that showed a high jewish IQ came from a single expensive private school with a relatively tiny sample size relative to its peers. There had been a previous more general test from public schools which showed jews as nothing special, Israeli results show jews to be far below whites (around the same as Irish, 90ish); and so it was just this one sample from a long time ago from a specific set of wealthy (and thus probably above average intelligence) jews in America.
If you compared their 115 IQ to the average of whites or asians from their 'elite' schools, you would see the 115 score destroyed. Its not impressive when you're talking about the cream of the crop. Its ridiculous to base all jews on the performance of kids at an expensive private school, for instance there was a test done at Harvard some time by some psychologist that found the average IQ there was 128, essentially a full standard deviation higher than jews.
So, even if we let the jews pretend that they're smarter than everyone else, it still does not explain everything; but in reality they aren't, and its idiotic that we compare a tiny set of their kids with the most potential against a broad spectrum of everyone else.

I'm not entirely sure that's how a bell curve and distribution would work, a higher intelligence population could very easily produce higher numbers of geniuses by proportionality due to certain genes or just having a more lopsided distribution. You'd have to know the percentage of people in the jewish community with iqs of 130-145+ and compare that to other populations.
Jews have higher propensities for genes that are associated with schizophrenia for example, and genes associated with schizophrenia are also associated with high levels of intellect. It could be they just produce more geniuses, by proportion. The alternative explanations being cultural(they only give nobel prizes to jews; extremely unlikely. Jews could also be more attracted to the sciences) or socioeconomic(people of higher socioeconomic statuses are more free and able/attracted to sciences than other disciplines allowing their high quality specimens to be disproportionately represented among nobel prize winners, and perhaps jews have higher socioeconomic status on average)

(OP) Let's say there are 50 times more whites than Jews. Let's say for the sake of argument that genius-level IQ is 140 and above. According to omnicalculator.com/health/iq-percentile (maybe a silly source but let's go with it for the sake of argument), 0.383% of people have IQ 140 and above. If the average Jewish IQ is 15 points higher than the average white IQ and the two bell curves have exactly the same shape, just the Jewish one is slid over to the right by 15 IQ points relative to the other one, then there will be as large of a fraction of Jews with IQ over 140 as the fraction of people with IQs over 125. According to the same source, that fraction is ~4.779. 4.779 / 0.383 is about 12.4778. So if 140 and above is genius IQ, then having a 115 average IQ instead of 100 average IQ gets your population about 12 times more geniuses per capita. If there are 50 times more whites than Jews but Jews have 12 times more geniuses per capita than whites do, then we would expect the Jews to have about 1/5th as much of a total count of geniuses as the whites do. Which fits the Nobel Prize numbers pretty well.
