This "study" is from March 2021. It comments on the potential risk of the vaccine, though doesn't actually identify this happening at all. It is essentially a call to exercise caution, that a specific warning should be given for a potential side-effect, even though that side-effect had never been seen.
We are nearly a year in the future now, and we know that this hypothesised risk wasn't actually there.
You don't know how this works, do you? Do we see a trend with rather challenged people especially prone to conspiracy theories since they for once want to feel smarter than the rest or has this been debunked already?

Basically, this "study" constitutes an argument that ADE was a plausible risk of the vaccine. "may" means that ADE was not a scientifically impossible concept. The study does not actually find any evidence supporting it. It simply demonstrates that it could happen.
The paper is also from March 2021, and given the delay in publishing, written even earlier. It doesn't cite anything later than November 2020, so was probably submitted around then. It's surely obvious to you that what scientists believed was possible or plausible in November 2020 does not trump what we now know to be true from actual data in February 2022.
