Lmao you’d have to be a retard to buy at the height of the bubble. Mortgage rates are already back to 4% and the Fed hasn’t even touched anything yet. In March once they actually start raising the rates you can expect a slow price decline for the next 6 months. At the end of summer is when it’ll pick up momentum as mortgage rates will be approaching 6%. It’s not gonna be a crash of 50%, but you can expect 20-30% depending on where you are.
