You need to get them alone. You need to find out their values, what principles they hold dear. Get them to define it, get them to explain it. You need to know enough about the principles they might take to begin exploring them with them, to ask them questions. Make them clarify what they mean by the words they use, be ready and knowledgeable enough to supply definitions or work towards a working definition for those words. Try and work them into your favor, but don't lie and don't go hard into disproving them. Ask questions, questions they can't answer or never thought about, to try and get them to start thinking or seeing things from outside their conditioning. Then let them go and hope they start looking at things, asking questions and trying to understand them by defining them without resorting to ignorant shortcuts provided by people with ideological motives on their minds, bodies and labor.
