How many MPH wind could the average mutt home withstand?
After being here in muttland (North Caromutt, to be exact) visiting family, i’ve never seen so many cheaply built homes. I’ve also never seen so many mixed race people, but that is a whole different topic.
Why are European architects superior over mutt architects?
There are 1000 year old homes still standing in England, homes in America are lucky to last long enough for a mutt to pay off his mortgage.
we build them to certain codes depending on where they are. closer to ocean receive something called 'hurricane ties' to keep everything secure to the foundation
Adrian Allen
Your codes are shit m8 if this is what you build

At least they're actually allowed to build their own homes on their own land.
My family owns land outside of Bracknell, we built our own homes lad.
You’re just poor, aren’t you?
Michael Peterson
>cheaply built homes this is why america has such a high level of home ownership as opposed to bongland where everyone except the aristocracy rents or lived in council houses
Regardless of how much money you have you still have to get planning permission. Americans have far more freedom over their private property. I would rather have an MDF mutthouse with complete freedom to do with my land as I please, than a big posh deanobox under the tyranny of my local council. Also >Greater London Kek

depends on where you live in the US.

>How many MPH wind could the average mutt home withstand? You mean Mutt Hutt? I'd say 3 fiddy.

england is an island, so they have tons of laws that prevent construction of homes on farmland. that's why everyone is bunched together.
Jeremiah Wright
The 3 pigs build stronger houses than Muttistani's.

>2nd floor has three windows in front, none on the side >45 degrees to the road >land not leveled
there are trailors in my area that have been here since the mid 60's. we have had multiple hurricanes in this area over that time and they still stand.
