You keep bringing in low skilled labour who destroy all wage and workers rights negotiations, and you can either take the job or they will take it from you! You literally just import the replacement if your workers complain about bad conditions or low wages, and then they are out of a job and the import takes that job..
This also overflows social services when it's low skilled labour who work for low wages, because they will use such systems and if you don't increase taxes to reflect that they are going to just overload those systems! THIS IS ALSO ON PURPOSE, because what do you want if you are a right leaning business owner, you don't want people to say no i won't work for such low wage i go find another job, no you want them to be like they can't even go on welfare for a minute, they HAVE to work for you :D
There's nothing you can possibly do that ensures that more than having endless mass immigration of low skilled labor.
