So if just observing an object is enough to conform it's photos like in the Double-Slit Experiment, what would happen if every conscious observer on earth observed the same thing at once? Could we create God?

Double Slit experiment has nothing to do with consciousness. Detection/measurement requires interaction and interaction affects the light/matter being measured which alters the behavior.
