Waste? Only takes smaller device than smallest coin to kill you 1000 times over. They can have a 192.... address they type in to calculate your heart exactly no matter where you move. But we talking here about intelligent humans, they will make it much more hidden. They will give you slow shots every day so your heart is weak, they will monitor you, calculate exactly how much you need to die. They weaken your heart, then when everybody goes home, then maybe from some office they give you a larger shot into the heart so you die for sure. If not, then it's back to drawing board or simply try again.
