WE ALL HAVE A MOTHERFUCKING DUTY TO RESIST
>Look, here's the deal no... no ad... amendment... no...
Yeah, especially the 13th amendment. That one was unlucky b/c 13
Try it, old geriatric warhawk. Try it. People will die for their kids.
>give Ukraine guns
>take away USA guns
>protect Ukraine borders
>destroy USA borders
It really makes one think.
Biden caught on video secretly flying illegals into the US interior.
Also openly calling for white genocide:
The second conservacucks permitted Jew York and Commufornia to grab their guns this war was lost.
>the bill of rights stating you have certai inalienable God-given rights was actually only a suggestion
from the mouth of the illegitimate puppet, drooling geriatric pedo tyrant trying to send you to ukraine to die to cover up his Family's crimes
>mfw the second amendment exists
>Biden repeats
nothing more
Heavily revise the 1st.
Heavily revise the 14th
Eliminate 15th & 19th
19th
>make 2A specifically so future generations can overthrow an illegitimate government
>an illegitimate government eventually takes over
>2A advocates do literally nothing except declare that if you actually take action against the government .. then you are part of the government
just burn the constitution at this point and stop larping
He has to amend the constitution or accept federal limitations on his power, end of story. Democrats simply want more control and power. Federal power is not absolute and was never intended to be so. For good reason.
First Amendment I would keep my freeze peaches, but end free press. Journalists should be subject to treason and get the rope.
>A change to the constitution isn't absolute
>Cue reeing from Fox and Trump shills
I remember when Prohibition was added to the constitution and then never removed because amendments are absolute. Strange how conservatives bitch about their rights but not one has ever told me they oppose Prohibition currently being law.
>this war was lost.
You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. Those places continue to get worse. Meanwhile carry and self defense laws have been getting better everywhere else for 20 years. “High capacity” semi auto rifles and pistols have never been more popular and each year seems to set a record for most first time gun buyers. Constitutional carry wasn’t a thing 10-15 years ago and now 20 states have it. Nebraska has a bill that might pass it too. If an AWB didn’t pass for sandy hook nothing new is passing federally anytime soon.
i'd abolish the amendment saying all american citizens have to pledge a tithe to israel and kneel down to niggers
given his history of race relations, this is a dangerous and eyebrow raising claim by the former vice president.
I would abolish your mother by mindbreaking her with my dick
Okay well the Constitution says it's God given and inalienable. Only one of these is legitimate.
why is it that you 'won't somebody start shooting' faggots never actually start the shooting? it's always gotta be someone else.
anybody else notice this faggot shit? start shooting or shut the fuck up, faggot
>I remember when prohibition was added to the constitution
nigga lmao
I like this one. Also the 4th to keep gub mint from spying
Have you ever had a drink your lifetime? Congratulations, you are living proof that Amendments to the constitution are not absolute.
>no amendment is absolute
based joe putting slavery and only men voting back on the table
>hurrr I gots mine
Time is on their side. They're going to flip Texas blue and that's when shit will hit the fan. A terrible precedent has been set.
>getting this triggered
yup, i struck a nerve
that's not at all what 'absolute' is referring to.
he's very specifically referring to the bill of rights not being absolute; as in the restrictions placed on government.
not that the constitution can't be changed legally (you know, by congress -- not some geriatic retard who was installed by a shoddy election who rules by executive order)
It's god given.
Literally.
The 17th
He said it in the context of the second amendment. What universe do you live in where a Democratic president would even think of floating the repeal of those amendments, much less have the political capitol and party apparatus to do it when he wasn't even able to pass his signature piece of legislation? Are you brain-dead from too much ivermectin? Shit out your peanut?
None, kike.
>he's very specifically referring to the bill of rights not being absolute; as in the restrictions placed on government.
What is the Bill of Rights? Amendments to the constitution, which can always be changed and thrown out. There is no exception to the rules regarding amendments for amendments to the constitution, regardless of what they say or when they were added.
Ukraine is basically the center of corruption. By the way, military has been stationed there since November. Guy I know was deployed right before Thanksgiving and sent to Ukraine. Shit is about to get wild.
>hurr durr im a faggot and nobody can stop me
kill yourself
he doesn't need to repeal anything, they can just carry on doing what politicians (on both sides of the aisle) have been doing for decades; ignore them.
>dui checkpoints
>gun rights restrictions
>hate crime laws
etc etc. the bill of rights was a great idea, and worked really well, until it became convenient to be sidestepped, and the populace stopped pushing back.
the constitution was designed to be altered and changed over time as needed and saying any element of it is absolute is retarded faggotry.
>hahahaha we banned firearms now wha-kaaaaa-zap!!!
you're the retard replying to the wrong post
>hurrr I gots mine
Time is on their side. They're going to flip Texas blue causing conservacucks to scatter to some other flyover shithole until that one flips blue and so on and so forth until there's nowhere left to flee.
>he doesn't need to repeal anything, they can just carry on doing what politicians (on both sides of the aisle) have been doing for decades; ignore them.
Given this conclusion, I'm starting to wonder why this thread exists. A milquetoast 80 year old spit basic facts about the government. Yawn. And if he's not President as so much of this board insists, it's the equivalent of having a thread about an irrelevant Boomer-child's facebook Rant.
HOLY CHECKED
