That is precisely what causes some of the antidepressant drug users to feel extreme mania and shoot up schools. When you know you have the depression and you can't feel it, you will lose all sense of rational reasoning as you now have constant double-think. This can also be compounded by the effectiveness lowering and losing the initial thought of your depression actually going away like Dr Medicineberg told you would happen.
