It wasn't even his house, cops were there serving a warrant related to a homicide investigation in St. Paul and the dude just happened to be there (he wasn't named on the warrant and had no criminal history) with a loaded handgun within reach... Something doesn't quite add up here, I'm sure we'll learn more in the coming days.
