Take good care of your body. Go for walks, preferably, in a forest or, ideally, in a mountain. Lifting is good, though difficult in these times. Learn how to cook, if you still can't, because you'll thank yourself. Buy local products and aim for a varied diet. Stick to a large breakfast, a medium sized lunch and a smaller dinner. Avoid refined sugar. Drink lots of water and milk. Shower, shave and dress well. Use linen or cotton for summer and wool for winters. No polyester or synthetic materials. Remember: A healthy mind in a healthy body.
