Maybe 50 years ago. Now? Colleges, law schools, law firms, courts all fall the fuck over themselves to recruit black women with even a hint of competence.

The word "any" is a stretch. They'll never top Clarence Thomas though.

In one aspect yes it is sometimes harder for them to get there. Typically socioeconomic reasons, but not always to say always would be inherently racist.
To say that qualifications and competence to the job takes twice as much work is also flawed if we start using race as a determining factor for qualification one way or the other
