Thats not why companies are leaving California, it's because there is a bigger untapped labor pool in Texas, they can afford the taxes in California it's the labor that is hard to get, and that is because of ridiculous state taxes that Billionaires should be paying instead of the middle class and poor which result in that dwindling labor pool, at least the ones that are educated and able to work at these companies that are moving to Texas

If Billionaires in California (and everywhere else) were properly taxed on a federal and state level, than in California for example, the state wouldn't have to tax their citizens so heavily to make up for the insane budget deficit that a state like California has because Billionaires aren't paying their fair share in taxes.

Texas has a lower COL than California, that is a fact, it doesn't have the same problem California has right now but it will, it's only a matter of time if nothing changes.
