NWF Housing

There's nothing to buy out there. We need to be helping each other to acquire housing. What are the political implications of not being able to find a home in the final frontier?

Also a fixer upper thread to help us all find a place to go.

I am looking at you yanks.
We honkers have no stock and a thing called Crown Land that makes sure the Queen owns 95% of BC. Get rid of the Queen, get yer 10acres, son.

I'd give them 250k for an Amish-built house.
(And this is why they don't)

Equally as important. Where are the communities there that support NWF?

In Canada the ruling class is too busy importing shitskins and appealing to them that they don't care at all about building houses for the next generation. Toronto prices are becoming the norm everywhere. Ur next manitoba.

Brick/Stone/Concrete houses ONLY.

I almost bought a mobile home in the BC interior last year but opted for a house in rural Alberta.

>A record 18.2 percent of all home purchases were made by investors during the third quarter of 2021, according to a new report by Redfin. That was up from 16.1 percent during the second quarter of 2021 and up 11.2 percent from the third quarter of 2020.

Some evil stuff is going on in the housing market right now. I'm not sure if now is the wrong time to buy or the last chance to buy. I'm not sure why nobody is talking about this either.

Take the boat pill. I got one that is the equivalent of living in an RV or tiny house. Not for the faint of heart but absolutely doable. Also I need an apprentice, got too much work.

Speaking for myself, it's not a matter of timing the market, it's just a matter of I have to wait until there's something I can afford, or somewhere I can get a loan and have the income to pay the mortgage.

And that time is not now.

This seems like a very real solution. Can you provide links? My Google fu is proving weak.

I currently live off grid and it has taken me 5 years and $300,000 to do it. But now I have solar, rain water collection, a well, a chicken coop, and a legit vegetable garden and greenhouse. Thick woods and pasture. The only thing I need to get up and running is livestock.

the link is right there, just put a dot between the gofundme and the com
what the fuck

I am embarrassed. I copy pasted everything after the com into Google and just got a bunch of links to universities. Maybe I have had a lot of burbon.
