What do Republicans stand for?

There's going to be a red wave in 2022 midterms. My simple question is why? What tangible policy do Republicans support besides corporate tax cuts and deregulations?

Anti-mandate, anti-lockdown, parents having a say in their children's education. They might also go anti-war to oppose Biden's war mongering. In less tangible, more vague policies they might try to say they'll fix the supply chain issues and help the economy, though I don't know that they can actually do much there.
