That implies you simply return to baseline immunity after X amount of time.
After 3-4 months you go below your baseline.
You are now less protected than somebody who never took the shot.

Scarlet Fever isn't even an infectious disease. It is an autoimmune reaction where your body makes antibodies that attack your own heart due to a strep infection. A normal strep infection such as strep throat triggers it. I know because an old GF of mine got it in college after getting strep.
It's just a unlucky reaction to getting a strep infection. You can't transmit Scartlet Fever to anybody any more than you can transmit arthritis, which is your immune system attacking your own joints.
