That’s about it, yea I occasionally trip out on heavier stuff but this is my daily-bi daily routine.

Starting the pills to keep up with my 50-60 hour work week. My heart rate is going to shit, but half the time I think it’s my wife. Anyways, enough of a personal aside; monitor your well-being, sleeping enough, heart rate isn’t going up, and working out frequently with a good diet and daily vitamins. I don’t do half of the above and know I should.

Drugs in all forms are cope. That includes coffee, alcohol, and overeating.
Once or twice a year is fine.

I use Jenkem as a reward for big efforts in my life.
It's cheap and easy.

I'm doing pretty well all things considered. K2 is a recent addition. A lot of you anons really gotta start supplementing magnesium though, it's not really present in most NA diets and has a fuck ton of very important functions not limited to your brain and muscle contractions / relaxation.

Tea, weed, hand rolled tobacco daily. Two bottles of good quality red wine weekly.

Coffee and cigs. I think I've had my fill of everything else, but, hey...you never know.

Roll-ups, American Spirit Blue. Sometimes I'll buy a pack if I feel lazy that week from working hard. I'll also smoke a sweetened cigar every now and again in the winter or on holidays.
I smoke weed, do edibles, vape weed, dabs.
Some months I'll take about 5-10g of dried shrooms.
Sometimes I'll drink a few shots of 100 proof whiskey or a glass of rum. In August I take a shot of everclear in memory of my Mom.
I drink coffee only when I have a lot of free time to french press early in the morning and also feel in the mood for it. Sometimes I'll fall onto it if I have to be up super early or super long.
Sometimes I'll smoke mugwort or very rarely drink a small 6oz tea brewed from it. Can't do that very often or it'll build up a neurotoxin.
I also take Vitamin D3, B, and C supplements along with a gummy vitamin and zinc.
Not a drug but I'm addicted to Dr.Pepper too.

All fine and dandy, i've done it myself before. Don't go over 3g or do it daily lest you end up psychologically dependant on it.

None, not even alcohol or caffeine. After a bit of a mental crisis I stopped all of it and I now feel better than ever. Without them, I am so much more stable, can really recommend it. Still drink decaf coffee and alcohol free beer as a ritual or in social settings.

kicked alcohol a few years ago using Naltrexone. Since then ive had an enjoyable run using Kratom daily. smokeless tobacco, an njoy vape device, and nicotine pouches. exercise too. the massage chairs at golds gym are incredible. after a nice workout thats better than jerking off to a pretty lady.
