Let's see a grid we have had for 70 years one -- 100 year storm comes along and for a few days people are uncomfortable and some poor people die. Virginia can't manage a highway. These are not hard uncommon issues, it's just people have gotten very soft and comfortable with the on demand delivery lifestyle. And we seem to forget the powerplants we lost thanks to Obama regulations on coal fired units. The reality is we are a warm state. We prepare for hot summers and not to much money for winters o. Equipment that would sit and rust for 9 years11 months and 26 days only to be really necessary for 4 days in any given 10 year strech.
