Under Canada's own laws, willfully and publicly inciting hatred by making statements which are not established as factual is an offence under Section 319 of the Criminal Code and the Supreme Court has ruled that these laws are in keeping with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
I respectfully ask that your office investigate the Prime Minister's public statements on February 1st and seek to validate his claims. If you, as I, are unable to do so, then I urge you to take action in line with Canadian law to silence the voice which is defaming good Canadians and creating division amongst the people.
