From previous thread They believe they have popular support and will keep hold, bending will invalidate the government and "Democracy." the Federal government and the providences can't afford to bend the knee to their own people and will do what it takes to keep their power and keep their reputation. Despite all the media saying it's a antigovernmental protest, it didn't start as such but will turn into one if it already hasn't Alberta will soon turn on it's government and you might see another Ottawa in Edmonton if the Alberta government keeps describing the protestors as criminals. This is not a government in control, this is a government trying to take back control. As they lose more and more, they will get more and more violent. This is a weird situation to think about but if I'm correct (and I could be wrong and protestors go home with no results but the resolve of Canadians suggest otherwise) then this will only end when Canada as a government get's taken by the people. The main reason this situation is odd, as Canada has been the start of many things in the last weeks, if they go down that route, it could also extend to other countries including the US, an interesting situation we got on our hands.
