The solution is hard because you dont know which blacks are the evil murderers and they seem to strike randomly. (I know all of them could be or are bad)
And its also very impossible to get all white people to kill all blacks all at the same time.
Most white people dont know these incidents even happen. But i think all of them think blacks are dangerous or scary.
