President Xi consolidated power over the last several years and is now basically the new Chinese emperor.

I have to disagree. In the process of looting the US they have weakened it to the point it no longer poses much of a threat. They could nuke the entire planet and kill everybody along with themselves (I wouldn't put it past them since they are psychopaths) but other than that the US can do nothing. It's military is vaccinated with a possibility of being incapacitated or dead within the next decade and the moral of the US, and west in general, is at an all time low.
