As a far leftist why can't I even remotely understand right-wing thinking? I have tried and tried and tried, but right-wing thinking to me is as alien as living in a completely different universe. I don't have even the slightest idea of how to communicate with people on the right. When I meet right-wing people in person our conversation is so awkward and we may as well just not talk at all. How can other humans thinking patterns seem so massively different that there is zero hope of any common ground?
