The Trucker Convoy was organized by Tamara Lich of the Seperatist Maverick Party in Alberta, formerly known as Wexit Alberta. It has nothing to do with vaccines, freedom, etc. Their stated political goal is secession and their only motivation is being buttmad at Trudeau.
They're using truckers to raise funds for their political party and to attack Trudeau, they don't care about truckers or freedom.
This is why they aren't protesting to end the mandate on truckers. They're protesting for "all vaccine mandates to be lifted" and for Trudeau to step down. It's a protest designed to fail because it's success doesn't effect how much money or attention the party gets.
