Only people who have sleep paralysis should hold political office

I completely agree

Maybe. The shit I've heard / seen / had an understanding of while I was have sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming is definitely enough to change someone's perspective
Josiah Anderson
Sleep paralysis MEANS you're getting attacked by demons and should be seeking Christ more, you moron
Aiden Myers
Only people who've drank the blood of babies and gingers and raped 9yo girls should hold office
the alternative is:
Only people whom had sharp syringes penetrate their ball sacks into the core of their testicles and had their nail hammered such that sharp alluminium seperated the nail from the skin in the collision resulting in a massive bloody woulnd and if you had taken a swim or put your face in a bucket of living lava
finally the final alternative is
If you're 3rd world bulgarian and your office is made up of sticks and stones, then you can be anyone but you'll still suck cause it's our tradition
Isaiah Johnson
Correct. I feel that those who deal with it have a well rounded outlook and worldview either due to it or they experience it because they do.
Ian Reyes
I've heard that before. Possibly, but I've lost my religion awhile back. It wouldn't surprise me though. It is an interesting, yet odd phenomenon.
Nolan Nguyen
Why? I get it once in a while, I don't see the connection. What makes it special?
Anthony Wilson
For me, when I'm going to bed or often when I'm sleeping (when I get sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming, which is at least once a week) it's like being schizo, but only at a controlled time when it's appropriate. I get to "hear voices" and "contact interdimensional beings" and stuff. I'm honestly pretty sure they're all real. I'm almost 100% sure all of the stuff I hear during those times is actually from real entities on other planes
Good stuff
They're all commies though so Any Forums would seethe at them and people in power would be commies if the thing you're saying happened
Joseph Davis
I believe that the people who experience it have good hearts. I get it probably twice a month. It use to happen a lot more when I was a teenager. The only other individual I've met that had dealt with it was a solid dude. I think there is some sort of correlation.
Dylan Clark
I had it ALL THE TIME when I was a kid. Absolutely terrifying. Waking up at 4am because you "feel" someone beside you, watching you, and then hear a whisper in your ear "Im going to kill you". At 13 years old at 4am on a school night? Yeah I didn't go back to sleep after that. I stayed wide awake, eyes closed, pretending to be sleeping not moving an inch. When my mom finally came in at 730, I was absolutely drenched in sweat.
They got more and more rare as time went on. Have them maybe once or twice a year. Im not scared of them anymore, and I actually wish they happened more, because now they're interesting. I've taken to opening my eyes during them to see exactly the presence that I "feel". Id be lying if I said they weren't horrible lovecraft tier nightmares from another universe, and I still get worried that somehow they'll "see" me watching them, and attack me, but as long as I know that it's not real, it's fine. Funny enough I've learned that if I sustain from jerking off for a week or two, I start getting them more often. but alas, I'd rather jerk off everyday than have a rare SP experience.
Joshua Hughes
My experience usually starts off with a loud noise that I can only describe as the "THX intro."
From there, my body goes numb. I freeze and feel like I'm being pinned to the bed. Sometimes I hear voices telling me fucked up shit. The last time, the light from the TV appeared as a wall of fire.
Kayden Martin
Yeah, I had very torturous nightmares growing up. I got into lucid dreaming as well.
>My experience usually starts off with a loud noise that I can only describe as the "THX intro."
kek, I kind of know what you mean
Juan Smith
100% It still freaks me out. I usually get told I'm going to hell or some other fucked up shit. I've never really seen a figure or anything. I've only seen weird geometric shapes/fire or abstract shadows that I can't make out.
I try not to look when it happens though. I just huddle my neck to my chest and try to flinch myself out of it. It use to freak the hell out of my girlfriend, until I told her about it.
It occurs more frequently if I sleep on my back and either had too much sleep or not enough sleep. So, I've made it a habit to sleep on my side or stomach.
Lincoln Thomas
Going to the dead zone doesn't make you any better at politics.
Ryan Powell
It's not terrifying man, it's cool. I think it's kinda like a drug trip. Different for everyone but largely what you make of it. Maybe any negative energies you take into it will be reflected back and cause a negative experience
Ahhhhhhhhhh I've heard something like a THX intro" before! Once or twice! Though normally it's like a waterfall or loud vacuum sucking sound (and a few times I've been sucked out of my body).
I hear the voices too! They tell me the coolest shit though! I love them! I like, literally look forward to palling around with them. They tell me I'm an alien and shit lol and that JFK was an alien too. And that a bunch of aliens were sent here to be on Earth and try to make Earth suck less, but it's hopeless and we all failed but it's not really our fault so we shouldn't feel bad about it. LMAO And they say after JFK got shot that was the turning point where it officially became hopeless but we're still here anyway doing it just to try
Luke Nguyen
I realized my sleep paralysis was caused by me unintentionally going into trances when trying to go to sleep. I learned to stop getting them by refusing to clear my mind.
Gabriel Jones
This.
Jayden Reed
I think it gives you a quality that is useful for leadership, caring about your people, having balls to pursue what you say you're going to, etc.
Alexander James
Yeah. The "THX intro" is always how I've been able to describe it. Some say like a loud whistle or rocket which I also agree with. But, the "THX intro" is like spot on.

>Sleep paralysis MEANS you're getting attacked by demons
When I was put on antipsychotics many years back I had an extremely vivid sleep paralysis experience where the lightbulb above me was hurled straight down and shattered on my head followed by a couple of imp-like demons cackling as my head was bleeding. When I woke up right after that I had this weird certainty that this actually happened and wasn't a dream. I was also certain the cause of it was that antipsychotics kill your protective aura which makes you an easy and obvious target for demons. Never took those pills again after that.
Luis Anderson
Are your experiences positive or negative when you have sleep paralysis? Most people report negative experiences but aside from the first few times it happened to me when I was young, that's never been the case for me. And thankfully I was able to have access to the internet and read about sleep paralysis and OBEs and stuff from the Monroe Institute and this other guy who I think was called "Alfred Balbene" or something, although I can't find anymore info on him now. So I was just like "oh cool, it's whatever then"
Ian Harris
Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. But I won't concede that there isn't a correlation.
Dealing with it, especially if it first happened at a young age makes you kind of weird. As a result, I believe that you explore and observe the world differently than the average person.
Julian Butler
Kek. I know. I don't mean to be grandiose with it.
Mason Price
You could say that about every experience.
Jace Campbell
Always negative with sleep paralysis. That being said, I usually never get nightmares, and I'm lucid in almost all of my dreams. I can direct the outcome in them all the time.
Josiah Mitchell
Ok, only demon possessed weirdos? That changes nothing.
Jordan Cooper
Never had one. I tried sleeping on my back multiple times and still nothing. I guess demon niggers are fucking scared of me for some reason
Julian Thomas
Learn to find the core of yourself through meditation. You have access to an undying spring of positive energy. Sounds like metaphysical blah blah but there's no better way to describe it. It's not hard to get to that level either. Once you find that, practice getting into it until you can do it easily at will within a few seconds. Then do it whenever sleep paralysis and other types of negative dream shit happen to you. It kills it and you can tell whatever is doing it to you just gives up and runs away basically. We're probably super overpowered spiritually if we were at our full potential. Nothing in the dream realm can fuck with you if you learn the basic skill of finding your core.
Levi Gonzalez
Oh crazy. What sort of stuff happens to you? You said your TV became a wall of fire one time. More stuff like that? Haha. Do you encounter negative entities and stuff? You know what actually happens to me sometimes when I get it? Generally my experiences are positive but once in a while I'll start thinking of Freddy Kruger, because those movies scared the piss out of me when I was a kid, and I'll have to shake myself awake. It's not really all that 'negative' even, it just ruins the experience for me so I shake myself awake. Plus these Freddy Kruger thoughts only enter my mind sometimes
Isaiah Walker
They’re just dreams in between conscious and unconscious state. It’s been scientifically analyzed. They tend to become less frequent as you reach your 30s, as you surely learn to “wake up” out of them,” and should stop all together by then. There are no demons; it’s just a dream manifestation of your increasing fear of being unable “wake up” out of it, and gain conscious control of your nervous system again.
Jackson Nguyen
Not really. Going to prom doesn't bestow you any unique perspective. Traumatic experiences, certainly. But how people deal with those differs greatly. They can make you good, evil, or just average. However, I believe that if you deal with sleep paralysis and haven't gone full blown schizo in an asylum, you kind of have to be a well-rounded individual to function with it.
Thomas Murphy
Each subsequent time I have sleep paralysis I’ve felt like I can “break free” faster. I always had the feeling that Christ protected me afterward.
Landon Phillips
If you have sleep paralysis, then it means you should learn to control it. The best way to do this imo is Monroe Institute Hemisync Gateway experience.
Oliver Brown
It’s pretty obvious he trolls on pol it’s were he gets his spins
